Hello!
Alex is an educational technologist and instructional designer. He is currently a PhD student in Instructional Systems and Learning Technology at Florida State University. Alex has a rich history teaching internationally, helping learners in Honduras, Japan, Uzbekistan, China, Saudi Arabia, and the United States build language competencies and academic literacy. He is an award-winning teacher, practiced in designing and delivering learning experiences that are mobile, online, in person, or blended.

Alex is always interested in connecting with colleagues and discussing teaching practice and research. His research is currently focused on technology-mediated pedagogy, specifically the use of immersive technology in education.
